As REO Manager for GB&I, you drive the deployment of the sustainability strategy across the manufacturing network, turning ambition into measurable action.
You own environmental performance, from CO2 to water and waste, working with plant and regional teams to streamline processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
- Drive deployment of the REO roadmap across all sites
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and internal policies
- Track and analyse performance indicators (CO2, water, energy, waste)
- Develop and coordinate sustainability action plans
- Lead the community of plant REO managers
- Harmonise processes and governance at regional level
- Conduct internal audits and manage relationships with authorities
- Promote best practices and a culture of continuous improvement
- Support initiatives to reduce environmental impact
- Collaborate with global, regional and local teams on key projects

- Extensive leadership experience in industry, engineering or R&D
