You’ll work in a globally matrixed environment to deliver measurable business outcomes. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li Private healthcare cover /li li Annual bonus scheme /li li Pension salary sacrifice with company contribution /li li 25 days annual leave + holidays /li li Life insurance /li li Enhanced maternity/paternity pay /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for regional service delivery across EMENA/GBI with direct management of UK, France, and the Netherlands /li li Oversee regional budget (OPEX and CAPEX) and drive cost-saving through vendor consolidation and automation /li li Lead integration of service delivery, OT, automation, and security in new manufacturing facilities /li li Ensure Industry 4.0 and automation adherence across facilities /li li Negotiate favorable SLAs and pricing with global technology vendors /li li Advocate AI-first and cloud-first strategies using Generative AI, Copilot, ML, AIOps, and cloud-native platforms /li li Drive large-scale organizational change, promote data-driven culture, and implement responsible AI practices /li li Monitor performance metrics and use data-driven insights to improve service quality and customer satisfaction /li li Report progress, risks, and achievements to senior management and stakeholders /li li Foster continuous improvement, innovation, and team development /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Masters degree in a technical field /li li 10+ years leading a technology team; 5+ years in global/matrix manufacturing /li li Certifications in ITIL 4 Master, PMP, COBIT, Cloud and/or AI /li li Experience with Microsoft Azure and AI tools (Copilot, Claude) a plus /li li Proven IT services delivery in production environments (Server, Network, Compute) including incident, problem, change management /li li Experience delivering regional service delivery across multiple countries (UK, France, Netherlands preferred) /li li Experience setting up or ramping up new manufacturing plants or large-scale operational projects /li li Track record of achieving targets in customer satisfaction, cost efficiency, and compliance /li li Strong leadership of diverse teams and stakeholder management /li /ul ul li leadership /li li stakeholder management /li li cross-functional collaboration /li li Microsoft Azure /li li Generative AI tools (Copilot, Claude) /li li AIOps /li /ul
