As Sr Manager, Regional Service Delivery EMENA/GBI, you'll be the critical link between our global Digital Technology organisation and our business teams across Europe, the Middle East, North Africa, Great Britain, and Ireland.
Reporting to the VP, IE&O (with a dotted line to the VP Digital Technology EMENA/GBI), you'll lead a geographically diverse function spanning the UK, France, and the Netherlands — while influencing outcomes across the entire EMENA/GBI footprint. Scarborough, GB or Amsterdam, NLWhat You'll Be DoingProviding strategic leadership and operational oversight for Service Delivery across EMENA and GBI, with direct managerial accountability for operations in the UK, France, and the NetherlandsOwning the Regional Digital Technology budget (OPEX and CAPEX), identifying cost-saving opportunities through vendor consolidation and process automationLeading high-stakes negotiations with global technology vendors to secure favourable SLAs and pricingDriving large-scale organisational change management to embed a data-driven culture across EMENA/GBIOverseeing cutting-edge technology domains including AIOps, Cloud Modernisation, and Cybersecurity within manufacturing environmentsMonitoring service performance metrics and using data-driven insights to continuously improve quality, speed, and customer satisfactionEnsuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and company policies across all regionsActing as a trusted liaison to senior stakeholders, reporting clearly on progress, risk, and resultsBuilding, coaching, and retaining high-performing, diverse teams — and fostering a culture where innovation and continuous improvement genuinely thriveWhat You'll Need to Be SuccessfulA Master's degree in a technical field10+ years of experience leading technology teams, including at least 5 years in a global or matrixed manufacturing environmentCertifications in ITIL 4 Master, PMP, or COBITProven track record of delivering IT services in a production or manufacturing environmentDirect experience overseeing regional service delivery across multiple countries — ideally including the UK, France, and the NetherlandsDemonstrable involvement in setting up or ramping up a new manufacturing plant or similar large-scale operational projectA history of hitting operational targets across customer satisfaction, cost efficiency, and complianceThe ability to lead diverse teams through complexity, change, and ambiguity — with clarity and calmBenefitsAlthough we do encourage you to taste the goods, you'll be pleased to know we don't pay you in chips.
