McCain Foods (GB) Ltd. seeks a hands-on Maintenance Chargehand to lead and coordinate maintenance activity at our Wombourne site in Staffordshire. You’ll supervise an hourly engineering crew, prioritise work, and ensure safe, efficient delivery of planned and reactive maintenance.
You’ll report to the Maintenance Leader and collaborate with Production, contractors and suppliers to keep plant and equipment reliable while supporting continuous improvement and lean manufacturing practices.
