About The Role

We are looking for a Training Administrator (South Plants) to join our team at Whittlesey. This role is primarily based in Whittlesey but also requires regular travel to our Wombourne plant. You will work as part of a wider regional team supporting our southern region, including Agriculture and Supply Chain. You will play a key role in supporting the plants, ensuring that training data & records are accessible, accurate and audit ready at all times and meets requirements of legislation, company policies, customer codes of practice as well as both internal and external auditing bodies.

Key tasks of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • To be the Success Factors administrator for GB Training
  • Liaise with external providers to ensure that McCain receives the training required when needed
  • Analyse data and provide reports for training gaps and priorities. Collaborate with plant management teams to prevent business risks and to support the training plans
  • Develop plant training plans and agree them with plant management teams and support implementation
  • Liaise with managers across GB to ensure that the tools, processes and knowledge is in place to support the learning plans
  • Records management. Ensure that all training records, Training matrices, Success Factors and physical records are accurately managed and accessible.
  • Manage Success Factors LMS processes & procedures for GB and the development of these for MDI
  • Undertake training and development required to maintain competence in the job role aligned with changing business needs
  • Project participation to review best practice and develop solutions changing future needs (digital)

We are looking for a self motivated individual, and ideally you will have experience of:

  • Learning management systems
  • Working to strict deadlines
  • Working in a training environment and the resilience and confidence required to be able to challenge non-compliance and take part in external audits
  • Working within customer facing manufacturing environment
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Experience of required Production Processes
  • Prioritisation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Systems skills, analysing data, producing reports
