Immediate Start | 3-Month FTC | Scarborough (weekly office presence)

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Specialist to join us on a 3-month fixed-term contract. If you’re immediately available, love end-to-end recruitment and are happy to be in our Scarborough office at least once a week, read on.

You’ll partner closely with leaders and HR to own the full hiring journey across your business area (Manufacturing) – from sharp vacancy briefs and smart sourcing (hello LinkedIn Recruiter) to delivering a brilliant candidate and hiring manager experience.

You’ll Need

• End-to-end recruitment experience (manufacturing a big plus)
• Strong direct sourcing and stakeholder partnering skills
• Confidence using data, market insight and ATS systems (SAP SuccessFactors ideal)
• A hands-on, organised approach – you get things done
• A Full UK driving licence as some travel to our plants may also be required
