As we embark on a strategic digital transformation journey, we seek an Organizational Change Management Associate who is detail-oriented, an exceptional communicator, and adept at building strong relationships across the business. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Organizational Change Management (OCM), the OCM Associate will play a crucial role in planning, development, and execution of change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of organizational changes. This position requires a clear thinker who can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and Regional leads to minimize resistance and maximize engagement, ensuring that changes are smoothly and successfully implemented.
Please note this role may require flexibility in working hours to effectively collaborate with colleagues across different time zones (including North America).

Accountabilities:- Engage stakeholders across all levels, functions and within your Regions to understand concerns, gather feedback, and secure buy-in for the implementation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
- Support the creation of actionable deliverables, including communication plans, change impact assessments, persona/journey maps, and risk management plans within your respective Region.
- Monitor the progress of change initiatives and provide insights and recommendations to project teams and leadership.
- Track and report on change management activities, outcomes, and metrics.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders and employees to continuously improve change management practices.
- Partner with the Global Communications team to support Communication strategy.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in change management.
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, preferred certifications (e.g., Prosci, CCMP).
- 3 years of experience working on global transformation initiatives.
- Proven experience working on change management efforts in large-scale SAP implementations, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience supporting large scale, multi-regional, multi-cultural programs.
- Excellent listening, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and change management software/tools.
- Strong communication skills with an ability to effectively engage executive-level management and operational teams effectively.
- Adaptability: Ability to adjust to new conditions and effectively manage change.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
- Influence: Ability to influence others and gain buy-in for change initiatives.
