About the role
We are on a mission to improve foodservice offerings. As our Field Sales Manager, you'll lead and develop a team of Regional Account Managers, driving profitable growth across the independent marketplace, including pubs, fast food, and casual dining sectors. You'll play a key role in shaping our growth strategy, improving team and customer performance, and staying ahead of industry trends through data analysis and networking.
Your responsibilities include:
- Developing and optimizing team structures for success
- Coaching and training team members
- Supporting business planning to increase volume and profit margins
- Keeping industry knowledge current
- Analyzing performance data and Salesforce reports
- Collaborating with Category and Marketing teams
- Handling administrative tasks efficiently
