ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Maintenance Technical Trainer is responsible for providing an elevated level of technical resource for the site equipment covering both Electrical and Mechanical disciplines. They will take on board all OEM and technical training and developing this into packages to train out to engineering team members, and will be the technical lead in fault finding and developing diagnosis packages for team members to follow.
Key tasks of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Improving and promoting safety across the site, operating in accordance with Company Health, Safety and Quality standards and processes.
- Ensuring the smooth running of the plant and machinery.
