We are looking for a self-motivated Trainer to join our wider regional Capability Team.
This role will lead mandatory training, inductions, annual refresher training and other compliance training at Whittlesey, while supporting standard work development and self-paced learning.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building capability, working with operational teams, and helping colleagues learn in a consistent and practical way.
Occasional travel may be required to support other plants, with expenses covered by Mc Cain.
