ABOUT THE JOB:

  • Our Reliability Supervisors drive reliability improvement programs across our plants.
  • They use accurate data analysis (from Power Bi and SAP) to work closely with our plant teams to ensure we reduce any food safety or maintenance related incidents - as they say, prevention is better than the cure!
  • You'll drive onsite maintenance improvement to reduce engineering related downtime, increase the reliability of our assets and ensure optimal maintenance lifecycle cost.
  • You will also conduct root cause analysis.
