You'll play a central role in helping our people navigate change with confidence. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll develop communication strategies that bring transformation initiatives to life, creating clear, engaging and human-centred messaging that builds understanding, trust and alignment across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the trusted communications partner for regional change and transformation initiatives.
- Developing end-to-end communication plans that connect business priorities to employee experiences.
- Turning complex or sensitive topics into clear, engaging and accessible communications.
- Equipping leaders and managers with toolkits, briefing materials, FAQs and key messages to communicate with impact.
- Tailoring communications for diverse audiences across office, plant and frontline environments.
