ABOUT THE ROLE:
Whilst working as part of a team within the Chilled department, the Machine Operator is responsible for driving performance, operating packing and weighing machines to Company standards of hygiene, quality and safety.
Key tasks of the role include, but are not limited to:
- To assist in the operational training of team members within the area of responsibility.
- Ensure the daily plan is communicated to all team members and acted upon.
- Ensure that any shortage of materials is reported promptly to prevent any impact to achieving daily targets also ensuring that stock levels are maintained through the correct SAP transactions and reporting processes.
