At McCain, we are committed to sustainable growth and shaping the future of food. We are looking for an analytical FP&A Manager to join our GB & EMENA Financial Planning & Analysis team. In this strategic role, you will support the Leadership Team with data-driven insights to enhance decision-making and business performance.
You will also play a key role in transforming the FP&A function by driving automation, digitalization, and process efficiency, helping to build a modern and future-ready finance organization. You will report to the GB & EMENA FP&A Director.
What you'll be doing. Lead business cycles processes, including budgeting, monthly reviews, forecasting, long-range planning.
Support month-end close activities, working with accounting teams as needed to ensure an accurate and timely financial close.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of monthly financials, KPIs, dashboards, and performance analysis, providing insights to various stakeholders, including the regional Executive Leadership Team.
Translate complex financial insights into actionable business strategies to support sustainable growth and margin improvement.
Work closely with Business Units in shaping the best FP&A practices to drive continuous improvement of financial processes and systems by leveraging technology and automation where possible.
Develop dashboards & KPIs automated reporting systems to track progress on the Region key priorities.
Collaborate cross-functionally to drive financial accountability, performance management, and operational efficiency.
What you'll need to be successful. Bachelor's degree in finance, management, accounting, economics, mathematics, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Financial Planning & Analysis role
Demonstrated expertise in ERP systems and advanced analytical tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI)
