As Sr Manager, Regional Service Delivery for EMENA/GBI, you will be the primary liaison between our Digital Technology organisation and the management teams across your designated regions. Reporting to the VP, IE&O (with a dotted line to the VP Digital Technology EMENA/GBI), you'll navigate the complexity of managing infrastructure operations across diverse legal jurisdictions, championing an AI-first, cloud-first strategy and enabling the teams around you to work smarter and more effectively.

What You'll Be Doing. Providing strategic leadership and operational oversight for Service Delivery across EMENA and GBI, with direct managerial responsibility for the UK, France, and the Netherlands
Managing and maintaining accountability for the Regional Digital Technology budget (OPEX and CAPEX), identifying cost-saving opportunities through vendor consolidation and process automation.
Leading and supporting the establishment of new manufacturing facilities across the region, ensuring seamless integration of service delivery, OT, automation, and physical security capabilities.
Ensuring adherence to Industry 4.0 and Automation strategies across all manufacturing facilities.
Leading high-stakes negotiations with global technology vendors to secure favourable SLAs and pricing structures.
Championing an AI-first and cloud-first strategy, leveraging Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, intelligent automation, machine learning, AIOps, and cloud-native platforms to improve service delivery and operational outcomes.
