This is a unique opportunity to shape how more than 7,000 frontline and manufacturing employees experience communications across one of McCain's most diverse and fast-evolving regions.
As our Internal Communications Business Partner for Manufacturing, you will lead communication strategies that connect employees working in plants across GB & EMENA to our business priorities, culture, and transformation journey.
Based in Scarborough and visiting manufacturing sites across the region, you'll work alongside plant leaders, HR teams, and Operations leadership to ensure communications are relevant, engaging, and designed for frontline audiences.
You'll play a key role in strengthening our network of site communication ambassadors, bringing employee insights into regional planning, and helping business leaders communicate with clarity and impact.
Reporting to the Director of Internal Communications, you'll contribute to major regional initiatives while acting as the team's subject matter expert for manufacturing and frontline communications.
What You'll Be Doing
Manufacturing & Frontline Communications Develop and implement communication strategies that effectively reach and engage frontline and manufacturing employees across the region.
Translate business priorities, leadership messages, and change initiatives into clear, relevant communications tailored for plant-based audiences.
Recommend the most effective channels, formats, and approaches for reaching operators and deskless employees.
Create scalable communication toolkits and resources that can be adapted locally across different sites and markets.
Safety & Employee Engagement Lead communication support for regional safety priorities, campaigns, and culture-building initiatives.
