About the role.

Join us at the forefront of R&D transformation, where you'll play a key role in shaping how innovation is delivered across McCain. As a Digital Process & Implementation Analyst, you will drive the successful implementation of global process and digital transformation initiatives, initially supporting Compass Phase 2.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll coordinate critical activities including testing, issue resolution, data readiness, process documentation, user adoption, and implementation planning. Your expertise will help ensure new ways of working are seamlessly embedded across the business, enabling teams to embrace digital solutions with confidence.

What you'll be doing.

• Lead and coordinate business testing activities for Compass Phase 2, ensuring milestones are achieved and solutions are ready for successful deployment.
• Partner with R&D teams, superusers, and stakeholders across the business to drive engagement, maintain momentum, and ensure a seamless implementation experience.
• Manage testing progress, issue resolution, actions, and risks, providing clear visibility and helping teams overcome challenges quickly and effectively.
• Support the delivery of high-quality, reliable data by coordinating readiness activities, validating requirements, and contributing to robust reporting processes.
• Create clear and practical process documentation, user guides, training materials, and communications that enable successful adoption of new tools and ways of working.
• Translate complex information into concise updates and actionable insights, helping leaders make informed decisions throughout the transformation journey.
• Work closely with Digital Technology, project teams, and business stakeholders to ensure priorities remain aligned and implementation activities stay on track.
• Contribute to broader Navigator and end-to-end innovation transformation initiatives, providing analytical, process, and documentation support where it can add the greatest value.
• Build sustainable solutions by developing reusable implementation assets and ensuring knowledge is effectively transferred for long-term success.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first six months, you'll have played a key role in delivering a successful Compass Phase 2 testing cycle, improved business readiness through effective training and documentation, provided clear visibility of progress and risks, and left behind a robust framework of implementation assets that will support McCain's ongoing innovation transformation journey.

What you'll need to be successful.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys turning complex projects into clear, actionable plans. You'll combine strong organisational skills with an analytical mindset and a passion for driving change and continuous improvement.

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

• A degree or equivalent experience in business, project management, process improvement, data, science, technology, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating projects or workstreams across multiple stakeholders, with a proven ability to keep activities organised, on track, and moving forward.
• Exposure to business transformation, system implementations, testing activities, process improvement initiatives, or change projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail and confidence managing data, trackers, and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information and engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• The ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and confidently escalate risks or decisions when required.

It Would Be Great If You Also Have

• Experience supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), digital product implementations, defect management, or requirements tracking.
• A background in creating process documentation, training materials, user guides, or change and adoption communications.
• Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft 365, Power BI, reporting platforms, or data governance practices.
• Experience within R&D, innovation, product development, manufacturing, food production, or other regulated environments.
