We are passionate about potatoes, proud of our people, and focused on creating simple, planet-friendly food that brings people together.\This role will lead mandatory training, inductions, annual refresher training and other compliance training at Whittlesey, while supporting standard work development and self-paced learning.\n \nThis is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building capability, working with operational teams, and helping colleagues learn in a consistent and practical way.
