About the role.
As a
Regional Agriculture Manager , you will be McCain's primary point of contact for growers across your region, building strong partnerships and providing both agricultural and commercial support. Acting as the key link between our grower network and contract management teams, you will help ensure the successful delivery of crop programmes, drive grower engagement, and support a sustainable, high-performing supply base.

What you'll be doing.
Serve as McCain's lead agricultural contact for growers within your assigned region, building strong and trusted partnerships. Lead all grower contract negotiations, including volume planning, pricing discussions, and contract execution. Provide commercial and agronomic support to growers, helping optimise crop performance, yield, quality, and long-term sustainability. Collaborate with Regional Crop Managers and Crop Management Technicians to deliver timely crop insights and support informed decision-making throughout the growing and storage cycle. Drive the delivery of quality potatoes in line with contractual requirements and McCain's supply needs.
