What You'll Do
- Gather and document business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications
- Bridge business needs and technical solutions across stakeholder groups
- Support UAT, defect triage, and end-to-end project delivery
- Liaise between business users, architects, developers, and third-party suppliers
- Apply data analysis techniques to support business scenarios and reporting
- Collaborate with Business Analysts to identify dependencies and share best practices
- Manage vendor relationships and drive quality analysis deliverables
