A global leading Data and AI consulting business is looking to hire a senior Client Executive / Sales leader to help drive continued growth across its Banking & Capital Markets practice within the UK and EMEA markets.
Based in the City of London with flexible hybrid working, this role will focus on growing strategic client accounts, developing new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships across Data, Analytics and AI.
This is a senior, high-profile position offering a base salary of circa £150,000 plus strong bonus potential, shares and an excellent benefits package.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and expanding relationships with senior stakeholders across Banking and Financial Services organisations, acting as a trusted advisor whilst driving significant revenue growth and complex enterprise deals.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Proven experience selling Data, Analytics, AI or Digital Transformation solutions into Banking or Financial Services clients
- Strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including CIOs, CDOs, COOs and other C-level executives
- Demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles and delivering significant revenue growth across strategic accounts
- Experience leading large consulting, outsourcing or technology deals within enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of areas such as Data Management, Analytics, AI, Cloud or Digital Engineering
- Ability to develop strategic account plans and grow existing enterprise relationships across the UK and EMEA markets
- Commercially focused with strong negotiation, stakeholder management and client engagement skills
- Confident operating within global, cross-functional and multicultural environments
- High energy, consultative and relationship-driven approach with a passion for winning new business
This role would suit an experienced sales or client executive professional currently working within a global consulting, data, AI or technology services organisation.
