McCabe & Barton, have spent 25+ years helping leading buy-side, insurance, pensions, and software firms solve complex hiring challenges across technology and transformation.
We’re looking for a mid–senior consultant to join our team.
Generate and cultivate exceptional client relationships with credible clients within financial services
Work with experienced Consultants who know the market – our Consultants have an average of 18 years recruitment experience, and far exceed the industry average tenure with us

You’ll bring:
3+ years\’ proven 360 recruitment experience (contract or perm)
Technology recruitment experience (ideally within Financial Services)
A sharp, commercial mindset and strong delivery skills
Integrity, diligence and energy which drives lasting value
N.B. This role is only open to experienced technology recruiters, who are eligible to work without restriction or sponsorship in the UK.
