London | Trading Technology / Operations

We’re looking for an OMS Support Analyst to join a Trading Technology / Operations team supporting a front office Equities trading environment. This is a hands‑on production support role, working closely with traders and investment teams to ensure the firm’s Order Management System runs smoothly throughout the trading day.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Equity OMS across order lifecycle, trade booking and downstream flows
  • Acting as a key contact for traders on OMS‑related issues
  • Troubleshooting production incidents in a time‑critical environment
  • Monitoring OMS health, queues and trading processes
  • Supporting change, upgrades and new functionality releases
  • Working with internal technology teams, vendors and counterparties

Qualifications

  • Experience in Fidessa or another institutional OMS
  • Strong Equities knowledge
  • Ideally exposure to FIX, SQL, Java diagnostics or trade lifecycle flows
  • Graduate‑level candidates will also be considered where they have a relevant Finance, Economics, Computer Science or Engineering degree
  • Strong analytical skills
  • A genuine interest in trading technology
