A leading Big Four consultancy is looking to hire a Risk and Compliance Manager to join its growing Banking Risk and Regulatory Transformation team (Non-Financial). The group supports retail, wholesale and capital markets clients on complex risk, conduct and regulatory programmes and works closely with Front Office, Risk, Compliance and Finance teams.
You will help deliver a wide range of projects across non-financial risk, controls, governance and regulatory change. The role can be based in either their London or Edinburgh offices and offers hybrid working with competitive salaries available.
Recent projects include:
- Trading supervision and control remediation
- Design of first and second line risk functions
- Finance, Risk and Compliance transformation
- GRC implementations and control environment enhancement
- Governance reviews across transaction reporting and algorithmic trading
- Regulatory reviews and remediation
This is a varied role with strong exposure to senior stakeholders and the chance to work across the global banks.
To be considered for this role, you will need some of the following:
- Experience in risk and control change within financial services
- Good understanding of risk frameworks in wholesale banking
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Practical experience across non-financial risk, conduct, sustainability or control topics
- Track record delivering change programmes and leading small teams
- Confident analytical and presentation skills across Excel and Power BI or Tableau
