We are working with a leading global consultancy to support growth within their Risk and Compliance practice. They are looking to appoint Managers and Senior Managers to work with Financial Services clients across retail and wholesale banking.
This is a consulting-led role, suited to candidates from an advisory or consulting background, with strong experience delivering non-financial risk engagements for Financial Services organisations.
You will work as a trusted advisor to clients, leading and delivering non-financial risk and controls engagements. The focus is on supporting clients through risk, controls, Operational Resilience, and regulatory transformation, particularly across first and second line risk and control functions.
These roles are based out of their London Bridge offices and are offering a base of £75,000 to £100,000 + excellent benefits.
Key experience required:- Demonstrated consulting experience with Financial Services clients
- Strong advisory background in non-financial risk, governance, and controls
- Proven experience partnering with clients on transformation programmes across first and second line risk and control functions
- Good understanding of UK financial services regulation and regulatory expectations
- Experience leading workstreams or full engagements and managing stakeholders
- Background contributing to proposals and bids within a consulting environment
