Our client are seeking an Infrastructure Product Manager to own and evolve core infrastructure platforms within a traditional, regulated banking environment. The role focuses on managing a mixed data centre and cloud (BYA) estate, driving migration away from Legacy and externally hosted technologies (eg Guava), and supporting the transition toward company-owned infrastructure and more modern, low-latency architectures.

The successful candidate will bring strong technical credibility with engineering teams, hands-on knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Cloud platforms, and experience operating within conservative enterprise environments.

You will define product roadmaps, prioritise delivery, and balance stability, risk, and regulatory requirements while enabling incremental modernisation aligned with future-state architectures.

Permanent, 3 days in office in London. Salary is up to £100k + bonus + benefits.
