A global consulting business specialising in data, AI and operational transformation is looking to hire a Growth Strategy Consultant to join its London team. The role is based in the City of London with hybrid working and offers a base salary of circa £110,000 plus bonus and benefits.

This role will suit a commercially focused Senior Consultant with 8+ years’ experience, ideally gained within a recognised consulting firm or a strategic, analytics, AI or automation focused environment. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, data and AI, partnering closely with senior leadership to shape growth strategy, support strategic decision making and help drive AI and automation led initiatives across international markets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting growth strategy and strategic planning initiatives across multiple business areas
  • Conducting market analysis, commercial research and opportunity assessment
  • Analysing data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and strategic risks
  • Translating complex insights into clear, commercially focused recommendations for senior stakeholders
  • Working closely with leadership teams on high-profile strategic and transformation initiatives

Experience required:

  • Previous experience within consulting, strategy, analytics or commercial functions
