A global consulting business specialising in data, AI and operational transformation is looking to hire a Growth Strategy Analyst to join its London team, supporting growth initiatives across the Insurance and Financial Services practice. The role is based in the City of London with hybrid working and offers a base salary of circa £60,000 plus bonus and benefits.
This role will suit a commercially minded Analyst or Consultant with circa 2 to 4 years’ experience, ideally gained within consulting, financial services, insurance or a strategic analytics environment.
You will operate at the intersection of strategy, data and AI, supporting senior stakeholders on growth strategy, market analysis and AI-led transformation initiatives across Insurance and Financial Services clients and markets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting growth strategy and strategic planning initiatives
- Conducting market analysis, competitor research and commercial opportunity assessments
- Analysing data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and strategic risks
- Supporting the development of presentations, insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders
- Working closely with leadership teams on strategic and transformation-focused projects
Experience required:
- 2 to 4 years’ experience within consulting, strategy, analytics or commercial roles
- Previous exposure to Insurance, Financial Services or other regulated environments would be beneficial
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
