We're seeking a Director of IT on a Fixed Term Contract for 6 months to provide strategic leadership and hands-on delivery for a mission-driven London organisation with 100 users. You will have full ownership of IT strategy and operations while managing key vendors and overseeing critical projects. You will need to be equally comfortable in setting roadmaps and rolling up your sleeves.

What You'll Do

  • Create strategic IT work plan (12-24 months) and technology roadmap with budgetary issues and costs in mind
  • Office Move - Oversee relocation to new office with no IT infrastructure, managing third-party implementation
  • Infrastructure & Security Improvements - Onboard security vendor, enhance resilience and controls
  • SharePoint Review - Assess effectiveness and optimize collaboration environment
  • AI Adoption Programme - Develop strategy and pilot AI tools across the organization
  • Manage MSP and security vendor relationships
  • Oversee project delivery on time, on budget, to scope
  • Support SharePoint, Salesforce CRM, and Microsoft 365 environments
  • Set and track vendor KPIs, drive performance improvement
  • Ensure security, compliance, and service quality
