A leading Global Consultancy is looking for an accomplished Director to join its growing Asset and Wealth Management team in London. This team helps some of the world's most prominent asset managers and fund service providers navigate major transformation programmes - from operating model redesign to global expansion and core platform change.

As a senior leader, you'll play a key role in shaping the firm's Asset and Wealth Management strategy and driving delivery excellence across large-scale transformation programmes. You'll work closely with clients' executive teams, typically CEOs, COOs, and Programme Sponsors, helping them to design and implement future-ready operating models that support ambitious business goals.

This role is offering a base of £160,000 (potential flexibility) + an excellent benefits package.

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Deep consulting or advisory experience within Financial Services, ideally focused on Asset or Wealth Management
  • A proven track record leading complex business transformation or operating model design programmes
  • Broad knowledge of the Asset Management value chain across Front, Middle, and Back Office
  • Strong understanding of Target Operating Model design and implementation
  • Experience overseeing large change initiatives such as platform replacements, mergers and acquisitions, outsourcing, or cost-reduction programmes
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable engaging with senior leadership
