Overview

Loans Administrator within the Loans Operations team for a global investment bank. Location: London (Hybrid; 3 days in office). Contract: 6 months FTC, with potential to become permanent. Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately process and monitor loan drawdowns, repayments, and settlements.
  • Prepare and coordinate loan documentation and transaction support.
  • Oversee deal closing, reconciliations, and compliance.
  • Work closely with credit, legal, and front office teams.
  • Support process enhancements and operational project work.

Requirements

  • Degree in a finance or business-related field — not essential but preferred.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in loan operations, banking administration, or relevant roles (internships considered).
  • Investment/Wholesale Banking experience.
