Join a leading financial services company in London as a Head of PMO supporting a business-led transformational change initiative. You will be a key member of the Portfolio Management Office, working directly with the programme manager and senior stakeholders to drive the successful delivery of this multi-year programme.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare high-quality standardized reporting for Steering Committees, Programme Boards and Executive Committees
- Create value-add reporting highlighting resource and forecast health using advanced Excel skills
- Lead quality assurance across the programme through monthly health checks, RAID management and planning reviews
- Manage the programme budget process and develop reliable forecasts for resources and finances
- Act as programme secretariat for Steering Committees and key workshops
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive refinement of methodologies supporting evolving programme needs
- Proven PMO experience supporting large-scale complex programmes across Business, Technology and Corporate functions
- Advanced MS Excel skills with strong data analysis capabilities (PowerBI experience beneficial)
- Excellent stakeholder management at executive level
- Strong communication skills with ability to influence staff at different levels
- Experience in project budget management, forecasting and reporting
- Meticulous attention to detail with excellent time management skills
- MS Project proficiency
- Financial services industry experience preferred
- Proactive, innovative and self-motivated team player
