This role is offering a base of £160,000 to £175,000 + strong bonus and some flexible working.
What you’ll bring:
-
- Proven track record in FX market making
- Expertise in low-latency pricing platforms (ideally C# or Java)
- Leadership experience managing and mentoring technical teams
- Strong C#/.NET skills (C++ a plus) with experience in multithreading, optimisation, and networking performance tuning
- Familiarity with trading connectivity protocols (e.g. FIX/SBE) and back-testing frameworks
- Knowledge of FX cash and NDF products, and experience with Windows or Linux in a production environment
- Director-level experience preferred, though highly experienced VPs will be considered
