McCabe & Barton is partnering with a leading investment management organisation seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile delivery across a complex technology environment. The role will focus on embedding Scrum best practice, facilitating Agile ceremonies, improving delivery flow and supporting collaboration across technology and business teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating Scrum ceremonies and delivery governance
  • Coaching teams and stakeholders on Agile best practice
  • Removing delivery impediments and improving sprint execution
  • Supporting Product Owners with backlog refinement and prioritisation
  • Managing and optimising Jira delivery environments
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives across delivery teams

We are particularly interested in candidates with:

  • Strong Scrum Master experience within regulated environments
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
  • Experience working alongside Product Owners and Technology Leads
  • Exposure to Charles River, Salesforce or investment platforms
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery metrics and reporting
