A leading Financial Services organisation on the South Coast is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a series of dynamic IT transformation programmes. Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver IT and Business Change projects across multiple workstreams.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and strategy.
- Ensure effective governance, risk management, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead Agile and Waterfall methodologies to optimise project delivery.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Project Management experience, ideally within digital transformation.
- Professional PM/Agile certifications (e.g., Prince2, SAFe, Scrum or equivalent).
- Experience working within both Agile and Waterfall frameworks.
- Financial Services experience is highly advantageous.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
