A leading Financial Services organisation is going through a large scale data transformation and is looking to hire several Senior Data Engineers on a permanent basis. The roles offer a base salary between £55,000 and £75,000 + a strong benefits package and very flexible working.

They are looking for curious, commercially minded Data Engineers who want to develop their skills in modern data technologies and play a part in the organisations expansion into AI. You will be involved in building scalable data pipelines, improving data models and supporting automation and analytics across the business.

Snowflake, Databricks, and Azure sit at the core of the platform, but the client is technology-agnostic and open to candidates from other modern data environments who are keen to grow into newer technologies.

Key experience
  • Strong SQL skills are essential
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake or a comparable cloud data platform, with a genuine interest in modern and emerging data technologies
  • Cloud experience across Azure, AWS or similar. The client is technology agnostic and values transferable skills over specific stack experience
  • Python, PySpark or equivalent modern data engineering tooling
  • Comfortable working at pace in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
