Im working with a leading Analytics and AI Consultancy in London that is looking to strengthen its Procurement Transformation capability with a Director to work closely with a leading Insurance client on a significant transformation programme. The role is paying £110,000 to £120,000 plus bonus and benefits and is based in London, with four days a week in the office.
Were looking for someone with a strong track record in procurement and business transformation, ideally within Insurance or broader Financial Services. Youll have strong knowledge of Target Operating Models, business change and procurement transformation, with the breadth to work across strategy, operating model design and delivery.
A key focus will be helping the client build a best in class, future focused procurement function to support continued growth. Youll bring a strong understanding of AI, automation and emerging procurement trends, identifying opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency and create a more commercially focused function.
The role offers significant visibility with senior stakeholders, with the opportunity to take ownership of major initiatives and contribute to the continued growth of the Procurement Transformation practice.
