We’re partnering with a leading consulting organisation to find a Director to help shape and deliver large-scale technology and digital transformation programmes in the insurance industry across the UK and Europe. We are particularly keen to hear from anyone with experience of running large-scale consultancy engagements for London Markets Insurance clients.

In this senior leadership role, you’ll work with CIOs and executive teams to design future-ready technology operating models that enable business outcomes, maximise ROI and unlock value through Cloud, GenAI and emerging technologies.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Defining and leading technology vision, operating model design and transformation roadmaps
  • Advising senior stakeholders on business-enabled technology strategy
  • Designing and delivering operating models across Cloud, GenAI, and digital technology
  • Driving modern service, product and DevOps-led technology operations
  • Supporting IT M&A, divestments and regulatory-driven change

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven consulting experience at senior level in technology strategy, operating model design and transformation delivery, gained specifically within the insurance industry
  • Deep knowledge of Cloud, GenAI, digital platforms and emerging technology trends
  • Strong background in IT / Cloud operating models, service management, DevOps
  • Confident engagement with C-level stakeholders and developing new business opportunities by farming these relationships
  • Willingness to travel within the UK
