About the Role
Join a dynamic Information Security team as a Data Analyst. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving technology compliance and risk initiatives by delivering insightful dashboards and reports that support executive decision-making. Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards for management information and compliance tracking.
- Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, identify compliance gaps, and recommend actionable solutions.
- Drive automation initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.
- Present data-driven insights to diverse stakeholders, transforming technical findings into compelling business narratives.
- Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in data analysis and visualization.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years’ experience in data analytics within finance or technology environments.
- Expertise in Power BI—show us your portfolio of successful implementations.
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, or equivalent).
- Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, stories, sprints, backlogs).
- Knowledge of IT metrics and DevSecOps frameworks.
- Exceptional analytical and visualization abilities.
- A degree in technology is essential; an MSc in Data Analytics or security certifications (ISACA, CISM, etc.) are a plus.
- Confidence in delivering MI presentations to senior committees and forums, both written and verbal.
