The lead to cash value stream is enabled through Salesforce implementation, moving over 16 instances onto a single version of Salesforce.

Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed change management plans, including timelines, activities, and deliverables for their relative channel (assisted, delegate, ecommerce)
- Analyse the impact of changes on different stakeholder groups and business processes
- Create and execute communication and engagement plans
- Assess organisational readiness and implement change interventions to prepare teams for change, including addressing change resistance individuals/groups
- Feed into change adoption, metrics and measurement approach to contribute to programme success
Skills Required:
- Deep Salesforce systems knowledge and expertise is needed, given the scale and complexity of the programme
- Change are responsible for co-facilitating and designing training materials for sales and marketing teams; therefore, systems knowledge is imperative
- Must have very strong stakeholder management skills, be comfortable with navigating ambiguity and proactively dealing with changes to programme milestones
