The lead to cash value stream is enabled through Salesforce implementation, moving over 16 instances onto a single version of Salesforce.

Vision and mission:

Reduces and unifies technology platforms

Streamlines the buying experiences

Improves customer service and support with better technology

Responsibilities:

Develop detailed change management plans, including timelines, activities, and deliverables for their relative channel (assisted, delegate, ecommerce)

Analyse the impact of changes on different stakeholder groups and business processes

Create and execute communication and engagement plans

Assess organisational readiness and implement change interventions to prepare teams for change. Including addressing change resistance individuals / groups.

Feed into change adoption, metrics and measurement approach to contribute to programme success

Skills Required:

Deep Salesforce systems knowledge and expertise is needed, given the scale and complexity of programme. Change are responsible for co-facilitating and designing training materials for sales and marketing teams and therefore systems knowledge is imperative.

Must have very strong stakeholder management skills, be comfortable with navigating ambiguity and proactivity dealing with changes to programme milestones.
