A leading consultancy is looking to hire experienced Managers and Senior Managers into its growing Asset & Wealth Management practice in London. This is a strong opportunity to join a team working with leading asset and wealth managers on complex, front-to-back transformation programmes. The work typically spans large-scale change initiatives, operating model design, and business transformation across the investment lifecycle.

To be successful, you will come from a consulting or advisory background within Financial Services and have a solid track record delivering change within asset or wealth management environments. You will bring experience across Target Operating Model design and implementation, alongside broader business change delivery. This could include leading programmes, managing workstreams, or owning key deliverables within large-scale transformations.

Key experience includes:

  • Consulting or advisory experience within Financial Services is essential
  • Experience working with asset or wealth management clients
  • Strong background in business change, programme delivery, or workstream leadership
  • Experience designing and implementing Target Operating Models
  • Good understanding of the asset management value chain across front, middle and back office

This is a permanent role offering hybrid working, with a base salary of £75,000 to £105,000 depending on experience, alongside a strong benefits package.
