About the Role:
We\’re on the lookout for a super-organised, proactive Purchasing Coordinator to help keep our site running smoothly. You\’ll be in charge of planning and ordering raw materials, keeping suppliers in check, managing systems, and getting involved in sustainability, reporting, and improvement projects.

What You\’ll Be Doing:
- Order & Chase: Raise POs for raw materials, track deliveries, and keep everything moving.
- System Savvy: Use tools like Radius, Medius, and Service Now to manage purchasing workflows.
- Stock Control: Keep tabs on aged and unused materials, and help manage raw material planning with the S&OP team.
- Reporting Pro: Support monthly and quarterly reports – including sustainability, FSC, Plastic Tax, and packaging waste.
- Project Helper: Assist with site projects – think cost-saving, process improvements, and green initiatives.
- Quality & Compliance: Action NCRs, complete audit questionnaires, and help with Q-Pulse tasks.
- Team Player: Be part of our H&S team, join regular waste walks, and help keep our systems and paperwork tidy.
What You\’ll Need:
- Experience in purchasing or supply chain.
- Comfortable with systems like Radius, Medius, or similar.
- Great follow-up and communication skills.
- Stay cool when the pressure\’s on – you\’re resilient, adaptable, and ready to tackle whatever comes your way.
- A team-first attitude and a willingness to get stuck in.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Knowledge of labels, packaging waste, plastic tax.
- Experience with Q-Pulse or Service Now.
