We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for packing labels to meet customer specifications, quality standards, and production deadlines. You will play a key part in ensuring products are prepared accurately and efficiently for dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
- Check rewind, inspection, and packing instructions on work tickets to ensure all labels meet customer and quality requirements
- Pack pressure-sensitive labels and sheet-fed wrap/label products in line with specifications
- Seal, palletise, and wrap finished orders ready for dispatch
- Carry out visual quality checks (including label count, orientation, collation, and presentation)
- Handle sheet-fed wrap/label work with care, ensuring correct stacking, alignment, and protection
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and cleanliness in packing and finishing areas
- Operate and monitor packing equipment, carrying out basic maintenance where required
- Accurately complete production, quality, and dispatch documentation
- Support other packing, finishing, or production tasks as required
Working Hours
Minimum of 36 hours per week. Flexibility required, with additional hours depending on business needs.
