Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC) is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Food & Beverage team ahead of another exciting cricket season at Lord’s. Lord’s is a vibrant sports and events venue where excellence is expected both on and off the field. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and world-class food and drink to our guests.
About the Role
- To provide excellent food and beverage service to all customers
- Enthusiastic attitude and proactive approach to all areas of service and hospitality
- Ensure knowledge of all menus
- Effectively and efficiently deal with customer feedback
- Must always be presentable and punctual
- Complete all training both in person and online as required
- Able to positively engage with the wider Lords team and uphold the core values of the MCC.
