Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC) is recruiting enthusiastic individuals to join our Food & Beverage team for the upcoming season. We have a range of roles available, including Demi CDP, CDP, Sous chef and Area chef as we prepare for another exciting summer at Lord's. Lord's is a vibrant sports and events venue where excellence is expected both on and off the field. We take pride in delivering exceptional service and world‑class food and drink to every guest. By joining our award‑winning Food & Beverage team, you'll work across a variety of unique and historic spaces, helping to create memorable experiences throughout the cricket season.
About the Role:
- Produce a constant high standard and presentation of food
- Assist in maintaining all legal Health, Hygiene and Safety records
- Assist in ensuring the highest standard of cleanliness is maintained within the kitchen
- Communicate within the team to ensure they all understand the parameters of the business through the Sous Chef objectives

Requirements:
- Hold a current Level 2 Food Safety Award
- You must provide your own knives
