MCC Label is seeking a SMED (Single-Minute Exchange of Die) Operative at our Daventry site. This full-time, permanent role features a double days shift (06:00-13:45 and 13:30-21:15 rotating) and a annual salary of £25,700.
You will execute quick changeovers, support safety and lean improvements, and help deliver the print plan on time. Ideal candidates have experience in printing or manufacturing, strong attention to detail, and comfort with following procedures and using basic computer tools.
