MCC Cardiff is seeking skilled Printers, preferably with flexographic printing experience, to join our expanding team.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality flexographic print jobs, including screen and foil embellishments, meeting specifications and maintaining production standards.
- Ensure efficient output, minimize waste, and reduce downtime.
- Collaborate across departments to improve workflows and support initiatives like SMED and yield enhancement.
- Participate in Operations Improvement Forums to contribute to ongoing improvements.
- Adhere to quality systems and support local risk assessments.
- Promote a safe working environment by reporting concerns and supporting safety protocols.
- Align with environmental sustainability goals in daily operations.
Qualifications:
- Experience operating printing presses, including setup, operation, and maintenance.
