MCC Cardiff are on the lookout for skilled Printers, ideally with experience in flexographic printing, to join our growing team.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Deliver high-quality Flexographic combination print jobs including screen and foil embellishment daily, meeting specifications and maintaining top-tier production standards.
- Ensure timely, efficient output, reducing waste and minimizing downtime.
- Collaborate cross-functionally, strengthening internal workflows and supporting initiatives like SMED and yield improvement.
- Take an active role in Operations Improvement Forums, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
- Maintain strict adherence to quality systems and support local risk assessments.
- Champion a safe working environment, reporting any concerns and supporting safety initiatives.
- Align with our environmental goals, ensuring sustainable day-to-day operations.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience as a printing press operator, with hands-on knowledge of setup, operation, and maintenance.
- Flexographic combination printing with embellishments preferred but not essential.
