Responsibilities
- Own day‑to‑day plant operations and deliver on safety, quality, cost, and delivery (SQCD) targets.
- Champion a zero‑incident culture and ensure compliance with all safety standards.
- Lead and develop a diverse, high‑performing team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
- Drive Lean practices and embed Managing Daily Improvement (MDI) discipline.
- Collaborate across functions to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and boost productivity.
- Communicate and engage with employees to maintain strong employee relationsli>
- Take ownership of budget control, cost‑saving initiatives, and operational performance.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Operations Management with plant‑level P&L responsibility.
- Ideally from a Print/Packaging background.
- Hands‑on leader, working closely with team members and leading from the frontline.
- Proven success in managing change and implementing Lean principles.
- Strong track record in improving KPIs: throughput, cycle time, inventory turns.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

- Live within commutable distance and willing to travel within Europe occasionally.
