What you’ll be doing:
- Execute efficient press changeovers to meet daily SMED targets.
- Work safely and support site health, safety, and environmental objectives.
- Contribute to Lean improvements, particularly in SMED and yield.
- Accurate information loading and analysis of Radius is key.
- Support timely, cost-effective delivery of the print plan.
- Support initiatives to reduce changeover times.
What You Bring Must-Haves:
- Experience in printing or manufacturing environments.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Solid problem-solving skills under pressure.
- Team player with a safety-first mindset.
- Comfortable following procedures and manuals.
- Basic computer skills.
